Cancellation & Return Policy

At PickaShop, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If something isn’t right, our policy makes it easy to return eligible items or cancel orders. Here are the details:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • To cancel an order, go to your PickaShop account, navigate to 'My Orders,' and select 'Cancel' for the relevant order.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Cancellation for groceries and perishable items is only allowed within 15 minutes of placing the order.

2. Eligible Items for Return

  • Items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

  • Unused, unopened items in original packaging with tags and labels intact.

  • Perishable items (like groceries) must meet specific return criteria outlined below.

3. Return Windows by Category

  • Groceries: Due to the nature of perishable goods, returns must be initiated within 2 hours of delivery. Please inspect your groceries upon arrival.

  • Clothing and Shoes: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • Electronics: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Products such as books, toys, stationery, utensils, and other general merchandise can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

4. Conditions for Return

  • Groceries: Only items that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect are eligible. Returns must be requested within 2 hours and processed promptly.

  • Clothing & Shoes: Items should be in their original, unworn condition with tags intact. Returns due to size issues or personal preference are accepted within the 7-day window.

  • Electronics: The product should be in unused condition, with no signs of wear. If the item has been used, a return may be denied unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

  • Products such as books, toys, stationery, utensils, and other general merchandise can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened perishable goods (such as fresh produce, dairy, meat).

  • Personal care and hygiene products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Customized or special-order items (such as altered clothing or specific electronic configurations).

6. Return Process

  • Groceries: Contact customer support via the app or helpline within 2 hours of delivery to report any issues. Our team will assist with a quick resolution.

  • Clothing, Shoes, and Electronics: Log in to your PickaShop account, locate the relevant order, and select the "Return" option. Follow the instructions for pickup or drop-off as provided.

7. Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • For approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as PickaShop store credit.

  • In some cases, we may offer an exchange if the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us within the return window for assistance with exchanges.
